This website and the geolocation service known as Geofindy (hereinafter, “the Service”) are available to any user, for their own use, and subject to the following terms and conditions: these Terms of Use and Contracting (hereinafter, TUC), our Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy. By using the Service, you accept these TUC and all other terms and conditions. You agree not to use this site for any illegal purposes.

Through the Service, Geofindy allows you to request the location sharing of a person who consents to share that information. The Service enables sending an SMS to the recipient to request their express consent. If the recipient expressly accepts, their real-time geographic location at that specific moment will be shared with the requester. Under no circumstances does the location information extend beyond the specific moment in which it was accepted. The monthly payment for the Service does not guarantee that the target person will be effectively located, but solely provides the technical means to achieve that goal. If the target device is stolen, switched off, out of coverage, or the recipient does not accept the SMS link, we will not be able to obtain their location. The Service is limited to providing technical tools to request location sharing. Geofindy does not guarantee under any circumstances: the effective retrieval of the location, its accuracy, or the availability of the Service. The result depends exclusively on external factors such as the recipient’s interaction, the device status, or the network’s technical conditions.

You may be redirected to other websites through links within the Service. However, Geofindy does not control those sites or their content, which are subject to their own terms and conditions. Therefore, Geofindy is NOT responsible for the quality, truthfulness, or accuracy of those sites.

In relation to the use of the Service, you declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and use it in accordance with its terms and conditions, which you fully understand and acknowledge. You declare that all information you provide to access the Service, before and during its use, is true, complete, and accurate.

The content and information of the Service (including data, texts, sounds, images, or computer code), as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is the property of Geofindy or has been duly authorised for use. Likewise, the modification, reproduction, duplication, copying, distribution, sale, resale, and other forms of commercial exploitation of the Service are prohibited. Any other use of the Service’s content requires our prior written consent.

You may contribute to the Service by sending us messages via email or through the contact form (hereinafter, “Content”). We may use your Content in various ways, such as displaying it on the website, reformatting it, translating it into other languages, editing it for clarity, correcting errors, promoting it, or distributing it. Therefore, by submitting Content, you grant Geofindy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence over such Content, until its removal. However, Geofindy reserves the right not to publish content or information that is false, illegal, misleading, or contrary to the rights of third parties.

The prices of the plans offered on Geofindy are indicated in Euros (€) and include the applicable value added tax (VAT) for these services in Europe. If the customer’s place of residence is another EU member state or a third country, the plan price may be adjusted if the applicable tax rate differs.

Payment for the contracted Service may be made by credit or debit card. Transactions are carried out on a secure page using SSL technology to ensure the security of data transmission.

The offered Service will be available as long as it is accessible on the web. Geofindy reserves the right to modify products, services, and prices without prior notice.

Geofindy will make reasonable efforts to provide the Service, but the user understands that geolocation requires the recipient’s consent and that technology does not guarantee results or absolute accuracy.

By using the Service, you confirm that you will use the service lawfully and will not use it for illegal purposes. The user is solely responsible for the use of the Service and declares having all necessary authorisations to use the data entered. Geofindy does not and cannot verify the legitimacy of such authorisations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Geofindy shall not be liable for losses arising from the use of the Service. Under no circumstances shall Geofindy’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the user during the last 12 months.

Geofindy applies reasonable security measures, although it cannot guarantee absolute security.

Access to the Service may include a 24-hour trial period for €0.50. After this period, the subscription will automatically renew at €39.90 per month unless cancelled.

The user is responsible for cancelling their subscription within the established deadlines.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

The user acknowledges that, as this is digital content, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the Service has commenced.

Geofindy may update these terms at any time.

This service is governed by Spanish law.
